Transit-oriented development (TOD), is the way of the future. 13th Floor Investments sees a future without traffic congestion. The world is changing and trends are anticipating that autonomous technologies are going to take over and car ownership will decrease. 13th Floor is at the forefront of a coming transportation revolution where instead of giving people parking, developers will give people a “transit wallet” to access any number of options, be that train, bus, bicycle, ride-sharing or other methods.
