Centrally located in Dania Beach, Florida, Oaks at Hidden Harbour consists of 27 townhomes and 12 partially completed single-family homes with dedicated boat slips. The community sits on 8.5 acres and was designed in a Mediterranean style with sloped roadways, lush landscaping, and brick pavers throughout that convey a high-end, luxurious feel. 13th Floor marketed, sold, and completed the development of the 39 homes in January 2013.
