13th Floor Investments, in partnership with The Adler Group, is developing Link at Douglas, a mixed-use transit-oriented development at the Douglas Metrorail Station. Situated on 7.5 acres along the US-1 corridor at the intersection of Miami and Coral Gables, the project will comprise a total of 1,603 residential units, 280,000 square feet of office, and 68,000 square feet of retail. While Core at Link delivered successfully in the summer of 2021, Cascade at Link, the second and final tower of the project's first phase, is currently under construction with expected completion by the end of 2022. Phase II is currently in the pre-development stage of construction and is expected to break ground in the early months of 2023.

The project will showcase the tallest structure South of Brickell Avenue and will redefine the US-1 transit corridor.
