Link at Douglas

13th Floor Investments, in partnership with The Adler Group, is developing The Link at Douglas, a mixed-use Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at the Douglas Metrorail Station. Situated on 7.5 acres along the US-1 corridor, at the intersection of Miami and Coral Gables, the project will comprise a total of 1,375 residential units, 280,000 square feet of office, and 68,000 square feet of retail. Phase I, which consists of Towers I and II, is currently under construction with expected completion by the end of 2021. The project will showcase the tallest structure South of Brickell Avenue and will redefine the US-1 transit corridor.
