13th Floor Investments acquired Enclave at Black Point Marina in June 2009. Enclave at Black Point Marina consisted of 47 partially completed homes and 193 partially developed lots in southern Miami-Dade County, Florida. 13th Floor completed construction on the partially completed homes, selling them at retail, and sold the lots to an active homebuilder through staged takedowns finalized in April 2010. 13th Floor also acquired and resold the CDD bonds that partially funded the community.
