13th Floor Investments acquired Value Homes & Condos in April 2009. Value Homes & Condos is a 116-unit, value-add portfolio consisting of single-family, townhome, and condominium product throughout Homestead, Florida. 13th Floor successfully closed on the sale of the portfolio in December 2012.
