Offices in the Grove is a 75,000 square foot office building in Coconut Grove, Florida, commonly referred to as the “Kaufman Rossin building” after its long-term tenant. Acquired in 2014 as a stabilized, income-generating office building with Kaufman Rossin as the anchor tenant. The building boasts unobstructed views of the bay and marina, while the neighborhood has seen a massive influx of high-end luxury condominiums, all of which bodes well for future development plans. 13th Floor successfully closed on the sale of the 9-story office building in June 2020.
