13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Integra and Wexford Capital, acquired in August 2013, Peary Court, a 24.2-acre operating multifamily asset consisting of 157 townhomes (200,000 net rentable square feet) situated in a gated community of fourplexes, triplexes, and duplexes. Peary Court is well-situated at the core of old town Key West in a historic district known for its Victorian and Bahamian-styled buildings, which command the highest property values in the Keys. In July 2016, the sale of Peary Court closed at a sales price driven by substantial income growth as well as approvals obtained for the developmental rights of 48 additional workforce housing units.
