13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Key International and Wexford Capital, closed on the acquisition of Highland Park, an 11-story, 40,700 rentable square foot, class A office building construction in 2011 on 0.41 acres in the Jackson Memorial Hospital medical district in Miami, Florida. Highland Park is located within a dense part of the City of Miami known as the Civic Center and downtown's medical district. The building's location fronts the eastern portion of the Dolphin Expressway, one of Miami's most traveled and used highways and has provided strong sources of ancillary income with two in-place advertising billboards.
