13th Floor Investments acquired four adjacent parcels in the burgeoning Flagler Village neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, improved with a fully occupied 6,900 square foot office building and a five-unit multifamily building in March 2017. An additional parcel was added to the assemblage in December 2019. With sufficient land area under control and a favorable land basis, 13th Floor is now turning its attention to creating a site plan and obtaining approvals for a large-scale multifamily development.
