13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Key International, acquired Eden House in June 2011. Eden House, a mixed-use condominium project, is ideally located in the thriving North Miami Beach submarket with direct bay frontage. Eden House consists of 98 residential units, a 486-stall parking deck, and 12,000 square feet of ground floor commercial retail space. Eden House received CO in Q1 2013 and the partnership exited the investment in Q3 2014 after all units were closed.
