13th Floor Investments acquired Waterways through a foreclosure judgment secured by two neighboring townhome communities in Naples, Florida. The communities were foreclosed following acquisition and a certificate of sale was obtained in September 2011. The communities commonly known as Summit Place and Bristol Pines, contain a combined 43 townhomes and 231 vacant, fully developed lots along Collier Boulevard, also known as CR 591, in Naples, Florida. In September 2013, a portion of the standing inventory and lots were sold at retail with the remainder sold in a bulk transaction.
