13th Floor Investments acquired 69 acres in Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida in May 2016. The site was then entitled for the development of a homebuilding community, Arbor Parc, consisting of 500 three- and four-bedroom single-family homes, townhomes, and villas. 13th Floor sold and developed 191 homes and sold the remaining fully developed lots.
