13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Key International, purchased 4.2 acres in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida. Prior to closing, the partnership pursued entitlements for 377 market rate multifamily units with 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The site sits on the hard corner of University and Sample Road which has been designated by the city as the urban node of Coral Springs. This acquisition furthers the company's strategy of investing and developing in core markets with strong demographics at an attractive basis.
