Tommy Shabinsky joined 13th Floor Investments in 2021. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Mr. Shabinsky worked at Arel Capital in New York City. There, he was responsible for analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets. During his 8 years at Arel Capital, he led or assisted the acquisition of approximately $2.0 billion worth of multifamily properties, totaling 7,000 apartment units.

Mr. Shabinsky received a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado.
