Michael Nunziata is President of 13th Floor Homes, 13th Floor’s homebuilding subsidiary. He leads the division through the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and entitlement through development, construction, and home sales.

Under Mr. Nunziata’s leadership, 13th Floor Homes has become one of South Florida’s leading community developers and homebuilders, with more than 4,000 homesites developed and over 1,300 homes delivered across the region. The company is recognized not only for building high-quality homes, but also for its ability to navigate complex entitlements and reposition underutilized properties for residential development.

Mr. Nunziata joined 13th Floor in 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, and development. He began his career at SunTrust Bank in Commercial Real Estate Finance, working on financings for development projects throughout the Southeastern United States. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and is a past president and active board member of the Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA). Mr. Nunziata earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
