Gabriella Gomez joined 13th Floor Investments in 2026. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Mrs. Gomez was a member of the Real Estate Acquisitions team at Blackstone and subsequently worked at Kayne Anderson Real Estate, where she focused on evaluating and executing real estate investments across a variety of asset classes. Her experience spans multifamily, hospitality, student housing, senior housing, medical office, and industrial assets.

Mrs. Gomez brings extensive experience in real estate underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution. Her background investing across both traditional and specialized real estate sectors provides her with a comprehensive perspective in evaluating investment opportunities.

Mrs. Gomez holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, where she graduated cum laude.
