David Benhamu has been a practicing architect for over 10 years for boutique private and large corporate developers.  He has focused on high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings with a persistent curiosity to understand and drive complex real estate projects.  Mr. Benhamu holds a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Central de Venezuela and the Politecnico di Milano in Italy and is a licensed architect in the states of Florida and Ohio.
