The Harbour, a two-tower, 425-unit, 567,000 square foot luxury eco-serene condominium, delivers affordably priced, highly demanded, luxury product. The Harbour has enjoyed immense interest from local and international buyers for its abundance of resort-style and family-friendly features, health-conscious offerings, contemporary design, and prime waterfront location. The Harbour also boasts striking views from each unit and a centralized location between Aventura, Sunny Isles, and downtown Miami. The Harbour closed on all condo units at the end of Q3 2018.
