250 acres of land two miles north of downtown Greenville, South Carolina for the development of a 150-acre master-planned community (with the remaining land to serve as natural open space) consisting of up to 1,600 garden-style apartments and built-for-rent townhomes. The horizontal nature and scale of the project allows for a phased development, which affords us the ability to mitigate risks along the way.
