In the second quarter of 2023, 13th Floor, in a joint venture alongside AREA Management, closed on two neighboring Build-for-Rent communities in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The first is an 18.0-acre site in the Central Park master planned community. The site consists of a fully-approved and permitted pod that is programmed to include 220 highly desirable 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, which the JV will build and operate as rentals. The second acquisition includes 126 fee-simple platted and finished homesites. The project will include 3- and 4-bedroom rental townhomes within the partially completed Villas of Torino community.
