In June 2018, 13th Floor Investments purchased the notes and mortgages secured by two adjacent single-family residential communities in a strong submarket in Boynton Beach, Florida. The communities, known as the Estates at Boynton Waters and Enclave at Boynton Waters, comprise of 32 partially improved homes and 41 vacant, developed lots, respectively, that act as collateral for two loan facilities. The borrower sold 40 lots to pay off one of the loans. 13th Floor then took title to the remaining 33 lots. In June 2018, the sale of the 33 lots in bulk to Mattamy Homes.
