13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Gadinsky Real Estate and Wexford Capital, acquired 93 Miracle Mile in May 2016. 93 Miracle Mile, commonly known as the "Navarro Building", is a 0.23-acre parcel with an 8,975 square foot convenience store that sits on a prime, high-visibility corner on the most well-known and highly retailed street in Coral Gables. The property benefits from the Gables Streetscape, a $21M renovation to the garden areas, outdoor dining, lighting and art spaces to create a pedestrian-friendly experience. 13th Floor successfully closed on the sale of the asset in December 2021.
