13th Floor Investments, in partnership with AGM Aria and Wexford Capital, acquired 825 Collins, a retail development site at the core of the South Beach sub-market of Miami Beach, Florida, in June 2013. The property is situated one block west of the ocean in the Collins Avenue shopping district, a district which is home to major national retailers. The property is a 7,000 +/- square foot vacant development site with approvals for a two-level, 10,000 square foot retail structure. Construction of the new structure will take place once the JV has identified and signed a lease with a credit tenant supporting the redevelopment of the property.
