13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Key International and Wexford Capital, acquired a 2.46-acre bay-front development site in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida in August 2012. The site was improved by the luxury condominium development, 400 Sunny Isles, consisting of two towers, each with twenty floors, containing 230 units. Designed by renowned architects Chad Oppenheim and Kobi Karp, 400 Sunny Isles boasts ocean and intracoastal views form each residential unit. The project also features a fully equipped and serviced marina with 125 boat slips and 11,100 square feet of ground floor retail space. 400 Sunny Isles was completed in August 2015 and fully closed out in April 2016.
