13th Floor Investments, in partnership with Avra Jain and Wexford Capital, acquired 38th Street Design District, a 9,786 square foot infill development site containing a 3,224 square foot retail and warehouse structure in October 2012. The asset is located in the vibrant $1 billion outdoor retail, dining and nightlife area known as the Design District of Miami, Florida. In June 2015, 13th Floor successfully closed the sale of 38th Street Design District.
