Frank Forbes is the Chief Financial Officer of 13th Floor Investments. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Frank was the CFO of S.Com, Inc., a staffing company servicing the wireless telecom industry through offices across the U.S. Frank has held financial positions with companies in a variety of industries, and has conducted business transactions in the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East. Included among his experience is Controller of Secunda Marine Services, an offshore support vessel operator named to The Financial Post’s list of 50 Best Managed Private Companies in Canada. Frank earned his Canadian Chartered Accountancy (Deloitte & Touche – 1989, with honors) and is a CPA.
