About Us
13th Floor was founded by Arnaud Karsenti in June 2003 as an urban development company focused on projects in Miami, Florida.
In 2006, 13th Floor and Robert Suris, a Miami developer, formed ARKS, LLC to jointly pursue development opportunities.
Together with Robert Suris and ARKS, 13th Floor has developed an extensive network of relationships which it employs to ensure project success. Working closely with institutional investors, banks, builders, land owners, leasing companies, and other important members of the real estate community, 13th Floor provides value in all areas of the deal development cycle to generate above-average results for stakeholders. |
